How does personalization work?
Choose your product, upload a clear photo of your pet and type their name. You'll see a live preview before checkout, then we print it just for you.
What kind of photo works best?
A bright, sharp photo where your pet's face is clearly visible, ideally looking at the camera. Avoid blurry, dark or far-away shots.
When will my order arrive?
Each item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard shipping within the USA takes 3 to 7 business days. See our Shipping page for details.
Can I order in time for Christmas?
Yes. Order by December 8 for the best chance of delivery before December 25 within the USA.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because every product is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us and we'll replace it for free. See our Returns page.
